This May and during Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re recognizing the very real emotional impact of vision loss — and the critical role research plays in changing what’s possible.
That’s why our 2026 May Matching Gift Challenge is crucial for so many families. For a limited time, donations to the Foundation Fighting Blindness will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $75,000.

The Foundation has helped, in part, to fund and advance 60+ clinical trials for potential treatments. This year, we've funded 113 grants globally, across 90 institutions, supporting 124 investigators.
